Same here — picked up a Caterpillar 420F2 Loader. Very happy with my purchase. They sent detailed photos and a running video before delivery. Everything matched what was shown.

For anyone wondering about communication: I asked about hydraulic flow settings for a mulcher and got a reply within the hour, plus a call to walk me through the menu.
I also bought a Bobcat from them, the S650, and had a smooth transaction. They were very helpful throughout the process and even followed up with me afterwards.
